now i have a 1966 yamaha ym-1 which i need to set the timing on. took it on the moto melee last year... -

And they just keep telling me, watch out for the powerband.
Not bad for a first bike build/ride.

...currently in the works for the future..a 1957 Vespa Allstate, that is going to get a 200cc motor and 10 inch wheels, and some other various Vespa's being worked on
...hopefully a sidecar for the Servetta for our daughter to ride in, and we can all ride together! :) ..............o---)o...................
We have some 4 strokes as well, some 70's Hondas..a CL 350 and a CB 550 four

Tue, December 26, 2006 - 12:47 PMI have a 1977 Puch Maxi. It is real fun!!! I am looking for new pedals and shaft for it and also a nice cushy seat. The seat I have is pretty old and beat up. does anyone know a store in San Francisco or happen to have some of these parts for sale. Also Rear View Morrors and and a really cool looking helmet are thinks I need. -

Wed, May 2, 2007 - 2:35 PMI use bicycle mirrors (bar end style) on most of my 2 strokes... also, you might look into getting the seat recovered (with new foam rubber padding)... there're a number of good people in SF that can make it look and feel like new again. -
